Welcome to Trust Point Consulting FZCO., These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the business setup, PRO, and consultancy services provided by Trust Point Consulting FZCO. (“The Company”, “We”, “Us”) within the United Arab Emirates. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

“Client” refers to the individual or entity engaging the services of TrustPoint Co.
“Services” refers to business incorporation, license renewal, visa processing, and other corporate services offered by the Company.
“Authority” refers to any UAE government department or Free Zone authority (e.g., DED, Immigration).

Scope of Services

Trust Point Consulting FZCO., acts as a facilitator and consultant for business setup and corporate services. While we strive to provide accurate and timely services, the final approval of licenses, visas, and permits rests solely with the relevant UAE Authorities. We do not guarantee outcomes that are subject to government discretion.

Payment Terms & Invoicing

3.1.All fees for Services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2.Government fees are subject to change without prior notice by the respective Authorities. The Client agrees to pay any difference in official fees that may arise during the processing period.
3.3.Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Cheque. All bank charges are to be borne by the Client.
3.4.Invoices outstanding for more than 14 days may result in a suspension of services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1. Professional Fees: If a Client wishes to cancel a service request after engagement but before submission to authorities, a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the professional fee will apply. Once submission has occurred, professional fees are non-refundable.
4.2. Government Fees: Refunds for government fees are subject strictly to the policies of the respective Government Authority. Trust Point Consulting FZCO., is not responsible for non-refundable government charges.
4.3. Any refund approved by the Company will be processed within 30 days via the original method of payment.

Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate, complete, and authentic documentation as required by UAE laws.
Respond promptly to requests for information to avoid delays and penalties.
Ensure that their business activities comply with UAE laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Trust Point Consulting FZCO., shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Delays caused by Government Authorities or third-party service providers.
Rejection of applications by Authorities due to security reasons or non-compliance by the Client.
Changes in UAE laws or regulations that affect the Client’s application or business.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.

Changes to Terms

Trust Point Consulting FZCO., reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website or services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
