Eligibility criteria, thresholds and processing times are set by ICP and GDRFA and change from time to time. The figures above reflect the authorities' published criteria at the time of writing; we confirm the current rule for your route with the authority before anything is filed. Nothing here is legal or immigration advice, and no adviser can guarantee an approval.

What We Handle

The whole application, not just the advice

You approve the route and sign the forms. We do the rest.

  • Profile review against every Golden Visa route
  • Confirmation of the current criteria with the authority
  • A written view on which route fits, and what is missing

Documents & Endorsements

  • Document checklist built for your route
  • Title deeds, bank letters and company documents assembled
  • Coordination of the nomination or endorsement letter your route needs
  • Attestations and legal translations arranged

Submission & Follow-up

  • Application filed with ICP or GDRFA
  • Entry permit issued where the application is made from abroad
  • Authority queries answered and the file tracked to a decision

Medical, Emirates ID & Family

  • Medical fitness test and biometrics booked
  • Emirates ID issuance followed through
  • Spouse and children applied for alongside yours

Government fees are paid to the authority and are separate from our fee — GDRFA lists an issuance fee of AED 1,100 plus smaller charges for the investor permit. We quote our fee after the eligibility assessment, once the route and the work involved are clear.

How It Works

From eligibility check to Emirates ID

Three stages, with the eligibility question settled before any fee is spent on a filing.

01
Assessment

Confirm the Route

We review your property, capital, business or professional profile against each route, and confirm the current criteria with the authority before anything is filed.

02
Preparation

Build the File

We assemble the documents your route requires, arrange attestations and translations, and coordinate the endorsement or nomination letter where one is needed.

03
Submission

File, Medical & Emirates ID

We submit to ICP or GDRFA, answer their queries, and see the medical, biometrics and Emirates ID through until the residence is issued.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about Golden Visa routes, what the authorities require, and how TrustPoint handles the application.

That is the first thing we establish. Most applications are refused for being filed under the wrong route rather than for missing paperwork, so we review your property, capital, business activity and professional profile against each route before anything is submitted.

The criteria belong to ICP and GDRFA and are revised from time to time, so we confirm the current rule for your route with the authority rather than relying on published summaries.
